DCR Productions, LLC. is a magazine published, small business specializing in photography in the St. Louis area. Since we are not a large company, what you see is what you get. From the very first inquiry, clients interact exclusively with Catherine, the owner and photographer of DCR Productions. Even better, it’s an open door. So many brides ask questions about everything from small floral details, to DJ/Band recommendations, and Catherine is happy to lend an ear or a suggestion to help guide the couple’s wedding planning process. By the time the wedding actually happens, clients feel like they are working with an old friend, and not just a photographer, which puts them much more at ease on the biggest day of their lives.

What is a wedding planning tip that you give to most of your couples?

When in doubt, ask your photographer. As an experienced wedding professional, we know A LOT about venues, food, timelines, invitations, and so much more. We are a wealth of information, and sometimes asking us questions that seem difficult to answer can save hours of indecision and stress!

DCR Productions, LLC. is attention to detail oriented and organized! DCR Productions loves to go with the flow, BUT, we plan the entire day well in advance so absolutely everyone from the venue coordinator to the Bridesmaids knows what is happening and when. Our shot lists are also specifically formatted to make photographing family portraits easier and more efficient.
